Our office is currently able to submit physical therapy services* for coverage to the following insurances:

Blue Cross Blue Shield
Cigna

A superbill may be provided to patients with out of network insurance plans.

*Regrettably, at this time, we are not able to submit nutrition or exercise services to insurance for reimbursement. Although we strongly believe these elements are integral to the treatment of complex medical issues, we are constrained by the limitations of insurance coverage.
